Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £75,000 – £95,000

About the Role
This role sits at the centre of a fast-evolving, commercially driven environment, supporting senior leadership in understanding performance, shaping priorities, and ensuring investment is focused on the highest-impact initiatives. You will play a key role in connecting data, strategy, and commercial decision-making to drive growth across a large-scale digital platform.
Role & Responsibilities
* Own and develop performance frameworks to track and evaluate business performance
* Assess key drivers of growth across customer engagement, usage, and revenue
* Support strategic decision-making through structured analysis and business case development
* Evaluate and prioritise initiatives across product, marketing, and commercial functions
* Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning processes
* Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
* Establish and improve performance tracking and reporting processes
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in performance management, commercial analytics, or strategy roles
* Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth and investment decisions
* Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business recommendations
* Experience building business cases and evaluating ROI
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex challenges
* Experience in fast-paced, consumer-focused or digital environments
