Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the scope and introduction of new programmes/projects to the company's product portfolio and implement changes within the current portfolio.
2. Support the development and implementation of VA/VE ideas to meet Artifex's requirements.
3. Assist the Sales and Business Management teams in responding to RFQs for new business acquisition and related projects.
4. Promote a culture of managed change control across the organization related to programme and project management.
5. Lead the Cross Functional Team (CFT) through the programme/project lifecycle and report progress to management.
6. Develop and maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure successful product launches.
Main Missions and Results
1. Ensure the successful launch of programmes/projects in scope, time, cost, and quality metrics.
2. Define and manage programme/project scope and requirements.
3. Maintain and adapt project timelines to meet key milestones.
4. Oversee financial aspects including sales, pricing, costs, and investments.
5. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Establish and lead the CFT, adapting to project demands.
7. Monitor responsibilities and deliverables, maintaining proper documentation.
8. Conduct regular meetings and reviews to ensure effective communication.
9. Act as the primary interface for customer and internal stakeholders to define project scope.
10. Develop and agree on project scope documents with stakeholders.
11. Manage project timelines and budgets, supporting successful launches.
12. Report on project status, issues, and escalate as necessary.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Project/Programme Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or substantial automotive industry experience.
* Professional accreditation in project/programme management (IMPA Level C or equivalent).
* Experience in automotive project management within regional or global organizations.
* Knowledge of industry standards and procedures, including APQP/PPAP/IATF16949.
* Proficiency in English and effective communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and locations.
* Intermediate Excel skills, capable of creating and manipulating graphs and pivot tables.
