Morson are working with one of the UK's leading aerospace manufacturers who are looking for a Logistics Professional to join the team at the Bristol site

Main Tasks
* Follow standard work for Materiel handling (e.g. receiving, shipping, warehousing)
* Perform all activities in accordance with safety and quality rules
* Use Adequate equipment (forklift, tow train….) to move materials
* Record movement of material in the transactional record systems (e.g. receipt, booking …)
* Make Proposals to improve safety, quality and efficiency
Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure the safety Procedures are followed by staff and drivers
2. Process stock in line with site SLA's
3. Support Stores stocktaking processes to ensure a robust count
4. Unloading supplier deliveries using POV's
5. Good Knowledge of Logistics SAP transactions and processes
6. Moves/handles materials between production cells
7. Generate travel and drawing packs
8. Use of material handling equipment for material movement
9. Pick/kit materials for production and issue from SAP
10. Receive, inspect and store inbound deliveries
11. Pick, pack and ship product for onward delivery, internally and externally
