About the Role As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences by: Preparing and cooking fresh produce to create high-quality meals for breakfast and lunch service Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service operations Assisting in the preparation of menus for special events, such as Afternoon Teas and celebratory occasions Accommodating dietary requirements and communicating with customers to meet their needs Managing junior staff Leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Chef who has: Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and safety standards The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including customer interaction Flexibility to work during the restaurant’s operating hours, including weeke...
