Clarus Education is recruiting an exceptional KS1 / KS2 Specialist Resource Provision Teacher to join a school in Bexley. This is a full-time, permanent role, available immediately or from April 2026, on the MPS/UPS pay scale plus SEN allowance of £2,787, ideal for a teacher with QTS and experience working with children with high needs.
In this role, as a Specialist Resource Provision Teacher, you will:
· Teach a small class of 6–8 children with SEN / SEMH needs across KS1 and KS2
· Deliver tailored lessons and interventions to meet the individual needs of each child
· Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with school expectations and SEN requirements
· Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development
· Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and wider team to ensure a consistent and effective learning environment
· Monitor and report on pupil progress and contribute to the ongoing development of the Specialist Resource Provision

The ideal candidate:
· Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
· Experienced as a KS1 / KS2 Specialist Resource Provision Teacher or in a similar SEN/SEMH role
· Confident delivering differentiated lessons and individualised interventions
· Skilled in behaviour management, pastoral support, and developing children’s social and emotional skills
· Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills
· Professional, patient, and committed to supporting children with high needs
· Available to start immediately or April 2026
