To support this, we’re hiring an Operations Planning & Delivery Manager — a senior, high‑impact role at the centre of the business.
This is not a traditional “operations” role.
This is about leading change, driving alignment, and shaping how a large organisation works and communicates at scale.
As an Operations Planning & Delivery Manager, you will act as the lynchpin between strategy and execution — ensuring that operational priorities, change initiatives, and communication are aligned across the business.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to bring clarity to complexity, create structure across a fast‑paced environment, and ensure that teams across the organisation are engaged, informed, and able to deliver effectively.
Salary : Up to £65,000
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading a business‑wide approach to operational planning and alignment
* Owning and embedding a “one version of the truth” framework for communication and delivery
* Driving the delivery of major change and transformation initiatives
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to align priorities and enable execution
* Designing and evolving target operating models and ways of working
* Leading on engagement and communication planning, ensuring clarity and buy‑in across teams
* Acting as a central point of coordination across Operations, People, IT and leadership teams
* Using data and insight to inform decisions, improve performance and drive change outcomes
* Supporting a culture of continuous improvement across a complex, multi‑site organisation

* Experience operating in a fast‑paced, multi‑site, people‑led organisation
* A proven track record of leading change and transformation
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership
* A strong ability to create structure, clarity and alignment in complex environments
* A proactive, resilient mindset with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement
This role is best suited to someone who has led change in a service‑driven, people‑focused organisation, where engagement and communication are critical — rather than purely transactional or process‑driven environments.
* Experience in care, healthcare, or regulated sectors
* Exposure to operating model design or transformation programmes
* Familiarity with structured improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.)
