We have an exciting opportunity to join our Visitor Centre working 3-days per week. At Triumph, we are driven to make the best motorcycles in the world. As a Visitor Experience Brand Ambassador you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service at all times, welcoming our visitors and positively engaging with them to enhance their experience. You will do everything possible to ensure our visitors’ expectations are both met and exceeded through the delivery of exceptional guided factory tours, and informative and enthusiastic interpretation of our exhibitions and other special events.

Duties include:
* Deliver our expected standards of service ensuring we provide a genuinely warm welcome and highly engagingvisitorexperiencethroughexceptionalcustomerservice,anticipatingandmeetingourvisitors’ every need, demonstrating Triumph’s brand values at all times
* Attendtraining,teammeetings andindividual discussions,adoptingacultureofpositivity andenthusiasm, workingtogetherwithallmembersoftheVisitorExperienceteamtodeliverthehighestpossiblestandards of visitor experience in line with Triumph’s brand values
* Delivertheappropriatestandards,proceduresandbestpracticeasdefinedbytheVisitorExperience Manager
* Deliverhighquality,engagingandinformativefactorytours,andanyothervisitorengagementtasks, ensuring the enjoyment and safety of our visitors at all times
* Helptopresent,developandimprovetheVisitorExperience’sinterpretation,guidedtoursandstory
Hours of work: This role requires you to work 3-days per week / 25.5 hours per week.
