Key Responsibilities
* Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
* Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
* Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
* Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
* Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
* A valid Speech-Language Pathology License or equivalent is required.
* A valid Teaching Certificate - if applicable to your state.
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Details
* Full-time position.
* Remote work environment.
* Pay range: $35 - $55 per hour (based on experience and interview).
* Caseload will be discussed during the interview.
