The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a dynamic and fast growing company. We are looking for this individual to focus on building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide great service to our clients, helping them with all aspects in relation to the ongoing management of their car parks. This could be from arranging new signage to be installed, speaking to users such as staff or residents, issuing parking permits, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Answer client queries and keep them up-to-date.
* Ensure sites are running successfully.
* Arranging installations (signage).
* Send communications in house.
* communicating with clients to provide an excellent service.
* Issue parking charge notices.
* Update client and site information on the in-house CRM System.
Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written.
* Very good administration skills.
* Well-organised and great attention to detail.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
