Finance Assistant

Permanent (Term Time Only) - 30 hours per week
£12-£13p.h
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support a busy Finance/Business team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build on their financial administration experience and contribute to a rewarding cause.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders, receipts, invoices, and reconcile financial records
Maintain accurate accounts and liaise with suppliers and contractors
Support VAT returns
Manage petty cash and ensure best value in financial processes
Provide general financial admin support and guidance to staff
Handle financial queries from suppliers and stakeholders
Assist with filing and maintaining electronic records
Contribute to improving financial systems and processes
Cover reception and general office duties as required
