We are now looking for a Full Time Bathroom Showroom Sales Advisor to join our team in Skipton.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Welcome customers, showing them around our showroom, creating a positive customer experience
* Understand customers needs and provide tailored product recommendations
* Provide expert advice on bathroom products, fittings, fixtures, layout/design solutions
* Prepare quotes, process orders, payment processing and follow up on leads and enquiries
* Design bathroom layouts using specialist CAD software
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of the latest product ranges
* Assist in the upkeep of showroom displays
* Generate Retail and Trade customer sales
* General stock control including lifting and handling of stock
* Assist with general office / reception duties
Key Skills we are looking for:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive attitude to generate new business
* Good knowledge of bathroom products and trends
* Be confident using CAD software and quoting tools
* Attention to detail and good organisational skills
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Experience:
* Previous experience in a showroom, or sales environment (bathroom industry preferred)
* A strong background in sales
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall objectives of the organisation.
Hours of Work:
* Full Time: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm (45 mins break for lunch)
Alternate Saturdays 9.00am to 12noon
