The Job: The purpose of the role is to process and maintain the purchase ledger for various companies within the group. Processing and coding supplier invoices. Ensuring correct approval is obtained. Liaising with internal colleagues and suppliers to resolve issues. Updating and maintaining supplier accounts. Maintaining the cashbooks. Bank reconciliations. Other ad hoc duties as required. The Person: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is essential. Good IT and Excel skills are required. The ability to work in a fast - paced environment and manage high - volume inboxes is essential.
