Job Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor
This role is hybrid-based in the Hale office. Please ensure you can commute to Hale before applying.
We are currently seeking multiple enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors focused on customer service, administration, and handling inbound & outbound calls. The role involves addressing a wide range of customer issues.
Cactus Search is partnering with an excellent client offering the following:
* Salary: £24k + monthly bonus + excellent benefits
* Experience: At least 6 months in a contact centre environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Support customer inquiries via telephone or electronic channels using internal Contact Centre Solution and CRM systems
* Manage all direct customer interactions
* Respond efficiently to general and order-specific customer inquiries
* Assist customers with order status updates and delivery tracking
* Manage calls, inquiries, orders, complaints, and returns, logging all actions within the CRM system for case management
* Handle customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately to support resolution
* Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements
Required Skills:
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Knowledge of CRM systems
* Self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Professional and empathetic approach to resolving issues
* Basic IT skills
* Strong time management skills
