Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Middleton (M24 4EL), so we could be the perfect match!
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
* Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
* Contribute towards the success of the store by:
o Ensure the highest standard of customer service
o Achieve targets
o Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising
o Maximise sales through physical and digital channels
o Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers
o Achieve expectations within campaign activities
o Work with the manager to generate stock
Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Due to the volume of donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life-saving research.
