The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a transformational VP Digital to lead the strategy, integration, and performance of a complex, multi-brand digital ecosystem spanning corporate and transactional websites, apps, marketplaces, and global platforms. This is a high-impact role for an experienced digital leader who thrives in enterprise-scale, international environments, delivering commercial outcomes while shaping world-class customer experiences.
The VP Digital will play a pivotal role in integrating digital platforms from acquisitions, modernising the technology estate, and establishing a unified, high-performing digital ecosystem that drives measurable revenue growth and engagement across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Commercial Impact
* Define and execute a global digital strategy across multiple brands and platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational growth objectives.
* Drive revenue growth, ROI, and customer engagement through omni-channel marketing, conversion optimisation, SEO, AI-enabled content, and data-driven decision making.
* Oversee geo-targeted strategies and multi-language content management across international markets.
* Translate digital initiatives into measurable business outcomes, including bookings, memberships, subscriptions, and other transactional revenue.
Technology & Platform Leadership
* Lead the architecture, integration, and optimisation of corporate and transactional digital platforms, apps, and marketplaces.
* Ensure robust MarTech, CRM, CDP, analytics, and booking engine platforms are in place to support growth, scalability, and data-driven insights.
* Implement AI, automation, and multi-location platform strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Maintain governance, compliance, and operational excellence across global digital properties, including GDPR, accessibility, and performance standards.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams, including heads of data, analytics, apps, websites, and marketplaces.
* Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement across the digital organisation.
* Partner with senior leadership, board members, and regional stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation and adoption.
Integration & Transformation
* Lead the integration of acquired digital platforms into a unified ecosystem, balancing brand autonomy with global standards.
* Oversee complex multi-brand, multi-location digital environments, ensuring consistency, scalability, and seamless customer experience.
* Drive initiatives to modernise technology stacks, optimise workflows, and deliver sustainable digital growth.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a senior digital leader with a proven record in managing complex, international digital ecosystems for global multi-brand organisations.
Preferred Industry Experience: Ideally from one of the below
* Multi-brand hospitality, flexible workspace, commercial real estate, or PropTech.
* Multi-brand booking platforms, marketplaces, or franchise operations with multiple locations requiring geo-targeting.
* Enterprise SaaS companies with location-based or multi-tenant services.
Core Skills & Attributes:
* Strong commercial acumen, able to link digital initiatives to measurable revenue and ROI.
* Hands-on experience managing multi-brand digital portfolios, websites, apps, marketplaces, and transactional platforms.
* Deep understanding of technology architecture, MarTech stacks, data platforms, AI, automation, and cross-platform integration.
* Experience in multi-language content management, localisation, and AI-driven translation solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in complex, global environments.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and change management, able to influence senior stakeholders and the C-suite.
* Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex digital strategy into actionable outcomes for executives and teams.
