We deliver our services to clients and customers across a variety of sectors and demographics throughout the UK. We provide high quality and sustainable cleaning and grounds maintenance services across our estates with a key focus on ensuring we put our clients and customers first. We deliver expert services in accordance with the British Institute of Cleaning Science and relevant legislation. We receive inhouse support from our BICSc trainers. We create an attractive and safe space for everyone, all year round. We help to meet our client’s ambitious sustainability goals
About The Role
As a Cleaner within our Cambridge branch your main duties will include carrying out cleaning duties within our buildings. The successful candidate will be reporting to a supervisor. The role will be cleaning offices, staircases, landing spaces, classrooms and toilets. The main duties will include hoovering, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning sinks, replenishment and using any appropriate cleaning machines where needed.
Role Criteria
* Cleaning experience is preferable
* Ability to work alone and as part of the team
* IT literate
* Polite
* Able to follow and take instructions
* Excellent eye for detail
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment
