We have an exciting opportunity for a Navigator Outreach Worker who has the skills and experience to engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right support at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs. You will focus on engaging with people who have a history of rough sleeping and multiple disadvantage and provide support to clients identified as being on the Target and Priority Group with long, repeated and/or complex experiences of rough sleeping in Brighton & Hove. Where: Brighton Full Time Hours: 37.5 hrs per week Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35* Contract: Fi xed term contract until March 2027 *Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. About the role: Work with an identified number of clients who have repeated, prolonged and/or complex experiences of rough sleeping in Brighton & Hove. To identify and establish contact with long-term rough sleepers, including those unwilling to engage with services, providing assertive outreach Proactively ensure that service users have access to ongoing services such as healthcare, recovery and social care.
