Job Title: Logistics Dispatcher
Location: 620 Warrington Rd, Risley, Croft, Warrington WA3 6BE
Shifts: 40 hour working week with a fixed shift pattern of Saturday 2am-9am, Sunday 12am-10am, Monday 12am-10am, Tuesday 2am-9am, Wednesday 2am-9am

About The Team:
This team is the engine room of our HelloFresh Delivery Network (HFDN), ensuring every customer box reaches its destination on time and in full across the North West. Acting as the critical link between drivers and customers, they take full responsibility for the final mile/home delivery operation.
The Forklift Driver role is site-based and hands-on, with a strong focus on vehicle dispatching and live transport coordination. Success in this role requires proven experience managing vehicle dispatch, overseeing route readiness, coordinating driver departures and returns, and handling real-time delivery issues as they arise. This position plays a key role in live vehicle management, ensuring smooth execution of daily dispatch schedules and maintaining clear, proactive communication with drivers to keep operations running efficiently.
What You Will Be Doing:
13. Proactively identify and escalate critical issues, while driving long-term improvements by prioritising sustainable, practical solutions
14. Keep cost and service top of mind in every operational decision
15. Unload inbound trailers as they arrive, ensuring boxes are correctly placed and sequenced for delivery
16. Stay focused on the end goal ensuring a happy customer
17. Be ready to jump in when needed; this is a role for someone who leads from the floor, not the sidelines
Who You Are:
18. It is essential you are Fork Lift Truck trained with counterbalance experience
19. Extensive experience in logistics, transport, or home delivery operations
20. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to stay calm in a fast paced environment
21. A clear communicator who builds good relationships and follows up on actions
22. A positive, solutions-first attitude with a hands-on approach
