We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Delivery & Implementation to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and help us set the BAAR: Bold, Agile, Authentic, Respectful. This role will be the critical bridge between Commercial and Operations, ensuring that commercial agreements and strategic initiatives are translated into seamless, high-quality on‑site delivery.
Role Overview
As Head of Delivery & Implementation, you will:
* Oversee all projects from initial commercial brief to go‑live.
* Shape delivery strategy, drive continuous improvement, and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
* Lead a fast‑moving, values‑driven, privately owned business where pace, clarity, and accountability matter.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own the end‑to‑end delivery function at RCP, from project scoping to handover to Operations.
* Build a scalable, repeatable delivery model across all project types, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
* Lead, develop, and scale the Project Management team, fostering a high‑performing, solutions‑focused culture.
* Translate commercial requirements into operationally viable delivery plans and mitigate risks proactively.
* Maintain oversight of all projects, addressing issues early, intervening when needed, and keeping the leadership team informed with clear reporting.
* Ensure commercial accountability, including budgets, margins, contracts, and supplier costs, protecting the business from operational or financial drift.
* Manage relationships with key suppliers and integration partners, driving performance, value, and accountability.
* Embed continuous improvement: standardise processes, identify efficiencies, and champion the adoption of new technologies.
* Act as a strategic contributor to the Senior Leadership Team, providing insights on operational risk, capacity planning, and delivery strategy.
We are looking for a delivery leader who can:
* Drive complex, multi‑stakeholder projects from strategy to execution.
* Build, scale, and improve delivery processes with commercial savvy.
* Lead and develop high‑performing teams while managing stakeholders with ease.
* Bring structure, calm, and pragmatic decision‑making under pressure.
Bonus if you have
* Experience in transport, property, facilities, or property, managing tech rollouts, or improving operational efficiency.
What you will receive
* Competitive salary of £65,000– 75,000 upwards per annum, based on experience, discussed at interview stage
