As the Facilities Manager at Storage Giant, you will be responsible for managing external contractors and coordinating maintenance for our company's buildings across the UK. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
* Performing occasional general maintenance including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs
* Working alongside the Health and Safety Manager to ensure works are done in a risk-assessed environment
* Ensuring all facility systems are in working order, including lighting, fire alarms, and smoke alarms
* Occasional travel to multiple stores across South Wales, South West, & the Midlands

Schedule
40 Hours per week - Rota'd shifts between the hours of: Monday - Friday (08:00 to 17:30)
The Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a facilities Manager
* Familiarity with maintenance and repair of facility systems
* Knowledge of health and safety requirements
* Experience working with and organising external contractors
* Hold a full driving license and have access to own vehicle (preferred)
