Head of Project Controls
This senior leadership role is responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining project baselines across scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality within a major rail development programme. The post-holder provides strategic insight on performance, risks, and trends to support decision-making across the organisation and its supply chain.
As a Head of Project Controls, you will need to have/be:
Proven experience leading project controls on large, complex programmes.
Expertise in scheduling, cost, change, and risk management.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and senior-level reporting.
Familiarity with NEC contracts and project controls systems (e.g. Primavera P6, Prism).Details:

Ensuring compliance with programme management standards and processes.
Managing and assuring project controls data across multiple delivery partners.
Driving integration of baselines, dependencies, and performance reporting.
Leading risk and change management processes and providing strategic analysis to senior stakeholders.
