Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Package (Travel Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Discretionary Bonus & more!!)

Responsibilities
* Act in a client facing role taking on large scale Mechanical and Electrical projects
* Management of more junior Quantity Surveyors when required on larger projects
* Production & Preparation of tender reports/documents
* Cost plans & advise on cost options
* Analysis, evaluation/assessment of tender reports
* Negotiation and contract formulation and interim valuations
* Review the Preparation of cost plans
* Preparation of recommendations for award of contractor packages
* Attending meetings with clients
* Contract administration
* Closing and finalising final accounts
Desired skills and experience
* Experience in the Mechanical and Electrical sector is essential
* Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is desired
* Strong interpersonal skills are desired for the successful candidate
