The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with teachers and pupils to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your duties will include:
• Supporting children with day-to-day learning tasks
• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
• Offering one-to-one and small group support
• Helping with break, lunch, and transition routines

No formal experience required – we welcome individuals with transferable skills from other sectors (e.g. care, youth work, customer service).

Requirements:
Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in a school before – we’ll guide you through getting:
• Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Two references covering the last 24 months
