The role serves as a key link and valuable interface between the company, its customers, and supply chain partners, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, orders, and account management. First and foremost, it is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, accurate order and stock management, and efficient coordination with internal teams and third-party providers. This role also requires the individual to support the Business Development Managers (BDMs) across sales development, lead generation, and commercial marketing activity. They will be responsible for proactively managing current customer accounts, customer satisfaction and a focus on internal sales.
