Are you passionate about working with children and supporting their learning? We are looking for a friendly, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bognor Regis .
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to support pupils with their learning. This includes helping with classroom activities, supporting children individually or in small groups, and encouraging positive behaviour and personal development.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support pupils in class, helping them understand and enjoy their learning.
* Work with individuals or small groups, including pupils with special educational needs.
* Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
* Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
* Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment.
* Encourage good behaviour and support children’s emotional and social development.

* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (preferred, but not essential).
* A kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to learn and take part in training.
* A commitment to safeguarding and supporting all children.
