WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Hours Monday – Thursday 9-5 & Friday finish at 4.30 Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to work for this organisation who have a huge catalogue of consumables. This role will overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining a safe working environment whilst contributing to the overall success of the logistics and supply chain activities. This is the role * Managing warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. * Management of 2 warehouse staff * Implement and monitor business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. * Prepare orders on pallets * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. * Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. * Delivering average twice a week to the sister company based in West London * Booking out going pallets using logistic software * Clear Communication with colleague shipping agents and suppliers About you * Two years minimum experience in warehouse managerial or supervisory role * Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures * Experience operating forklifts * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
