Senior Recruitment Administrator

* Wetherby HQ
* Full-Time Permanent Position
* 25 Days Holiday (+ 1 per year of service, up to 30) + 1 Birthday Day

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for someone with business-to-business administrative experience, who is highly organised, technically savvy, and comfortable communicating with individuals from all walks of life to provide administrative & client facing support to our team of qualified consultants. At the heart of everything we do is providing an excellent experience to our clients and candidates, so if you have emotional intelligence, a sense of initiative, and strong values, we’ll train and support you to succeed.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work closely with the Senior Consultants, providing administrative support throughout the entire recruitment process; note taking during client meetings & candidate interviews, writing campaigns and associated candidate documents, etc.
* Screening applications – after a full role brief from the Senior Consultant, assist with screening by reading every CV, developing a shortlist based on the skills and experience required.
* When confident, conduct initial screening calls with candidates, assessing initial suitability for the Senior Consultants to follow-up on.
* Assist with the scheduling, coordination, and preparation of candidate/client interviews and other activities relating to the process.
* Ensure process milestones are met and where necessary, set reminders for activities for the Senior Consultants to act upon.
* Monitor incoming enquiries, providing excellent service, compassion, and support or forwarding to the designated consultant.
* Accurately record all activity and information on the CRM, ensuring all associated administration is kept up to date on behalf of the consultants.
* Work closely with the Senior Consultants and develop a sound understanding of relevant sectors.
* Other ad-hoc administrative support where appropriate.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

* Previous experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) Administration, Internal Support (Key Account Support, Internal Account Manager, etc) or similar.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills is essential.
* Confident in communicating via telephone and email, whilst remaining professional.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with individuals from all walks of life.
* A confident, enthusiastic, compassionate personality, with a can-do/positive attitude.
* Technically competent, with the ability to pick up new IT systems and processes after training and onboarding.
* Self-starters - can work independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage a varied workload.
* UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK; please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
