We are a growing food brand in Bristol looking for a Store Operations & Marketing Assistant. This multi-functional role includes store operations, HR administration, UK Sponsor Licence compliance, and social media marketing, and is perfect for someone reliable, organised, and happy to take care of day-to-day tasks.
What You'll Do
Store & Operations
Support daily store operations and coordination
Monitor operational procedures and internal standards
Assist communication between management and staff
HR & Compliance
Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and Right to Work documentation
Support onboarding and staff training
Prepare HR documents and maintain compliance records
Act as Level 1 User on the UK Sponsor Management System (SMS)
Maintain Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) records
Monitor visa expiry dates and reporting deadlines
Ensure compliance with UKVI sponsor duties
Marketing & Social Media
Manage and create content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
Capture photos and short videos to showcase our brand
Assist with local marketing campaigns and promotions
Support events, creative campaigns, and influencer collaborations
About You
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
Creative with an eye for visual content
Comfortable managing multiple tasks across operations, HR, and marketing
Based in Bristol or able to work on-site
Bonus Points
Experience in photography, videography, or social media management
Experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage businesses
