We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee the operation of our managed facilities. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings, ensuring preventative maintenance is performed, responding to client requests, and identifying and pursuing opportunities for facility improvements and additional service offerings. The Role - Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security systems, and building automation systems. - Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to these schedules. - Respond to and resolve client requests and maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. - Manage and oversee vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, managing performance, and ensuring quality of service. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned facilities and the surrounding area. - Assist with the development of proposals and bids for new business. - Opportunity to grow, supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and other facility staff. - Prepare and submit regular reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and financial metrics. Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm - Overtime available This is a mobile role based between our Warrington, Blackburn & Preston sites!
