About the role
The Program Facilitator - Allied Health Central is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality allied health programs. The position plays a central role in ensuring program effectiveness, compliance with Funding and Service Agreements, and alignment with cohealth's mission to deliver equitable, community-focused healthcare.
Our Allied Health Central team is based across Cohealth's Kensington, Niddrie & Glenroy sites and delivers a broad range of multidisciplinary allied health services. The service consists of approximately 25 clinicians and support staff spanning multiple disciplines, with a focus on supporting older adults and individuals with chronic and complex conditions.

Your duties include:
4. Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support team through coaching and capability-building.
5. Ensure programs deliver excellent client experiences with a focus on vulnerable populations.
6. Oversee service planning, outcome measurement, and quality improvement initiatives.
7. This role demands a balance of strategic oversight, operational management, and people leadership

Our ideal candidate:
14. Demonstrated leadership experience in community or public health settings, including work with marginalised or vulnerable populations
15. In-depth knowledge of Allied Health service delivery
16. Skills and knowledge in leadership practice
All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working with Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.
Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement [B]. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
