What You Will Do

The role of Production Systems Service Sales Manager offers an exciting opportunity within Johnson Controls to develop our focus on service growth within wellhead systems and hydraulic process control equipment. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager UK and part of the Global Marine & Offshore Service business, you will aim to expand our equipment servicing and product supply base in the UK and internationally.

Working closely with and supported by our UK operations team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth initiatives.

How You Will Do It

You will lead your Go-To-Market strategy in existing markets, utilizing enterprise tools and value selling to achieve growth. You will adapt your sales approach based on market insights and industry networking, ensuring effective use of company systems, tools, and policies. Using market intelligence and networking, you will engage with potential clients and identify opportunities. Salesforce.com will be your CRM tool, supported by marketing efforts to aid your growth strategy.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will

* Develop business strategies to enhance sales opportunities
* Identify and target existing accounts for growth and convert new prospects
* Monitor competitor activities and market developments
* Manage the entire sales process from lead to closure
* Maintain a sales pipeline to meet installation order targets
* Handle leads and track sales performance using Salesforce
* Participate in growth initiatives within Oil & Gas sectors
* Continuously seek opportunities for improvement
* Manage bid processes effectively

What We Look For

Required

* Knowledge of UK Oil/Gas/Renewables markets
* Understanding of Production Systems and Hydraulic Equipment (training support available)
* Experience working with Oil & Gas clients, operators, and EPCs
* Proven sales track record in business development or field sales
* Experience with service or contract sales
* Ability to develop new business through client relationships and forecasting
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT literacy
* Excellent communication skills and full UK Driving License

Preferred

* Experience selling technical solutions in Oil, Gas & Marine markets
* Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and working within matrix organizations
* Ability to present technical and commercial info at board level
* Autonomous yet proactive team player
* Resourceful, engaging, and customer-focused
* Strong planning skills and a record of achieving results
