Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our clinical team, providing bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in Psychology and experience working with children and young people who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
Key responsibilities include holding a caseload, contributing to staff training and consultation, and implementing a holistic therapeutic approach.

Job Description
* Develop and implement individualised assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs
* Hold a caseload and work collaboratively with other clinicians to deliver effective support
* Contribute to staff training and consultation to promote best practice and shared learning
* Implement a holistic therapeutic approach that prioritises the needs and well-being of each pupil
Requirements
* Professional qualification in Psychology (including post-graduate qualifications at Masters and/or Doctorate level)
* Experience working with children and young people who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism
* Registered with the HCPC
* Additional experience and ideally qualifications in leadership and management
