Multi Skilled Social Housing Officer
Leeds, Yorkshire, Hull and surrounding areas
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (8am-4pm)
Temp to perm
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

The Role
This hands-on role supports both occupied and void property maintenance within the social housing sector. You'll bring your multi-trade experience and friendly attitude to deliver repairs efficiently, professionally, and with care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct multi-trade repairs, including plumbing, tiling, plastering, mould treatment, and flooring
Maintain both void and occupied housing to a high standard
Follow and interpret the Schedule of Rates
Record work accurately and adhere to Health & Safety protocols
Deliver great service to residents in a customer-focused setting
Organise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision
Assess environments and act safely and responsibly at all times
Each job comes with an allocated number of hours. If you complete the work in less time, you'll still be paid for the full allocated hours.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused. You'll need experience across a range of trades and a genuine desire to do the job right. About you:
Experience in multi-trade work (e.g. plumbing, tiling, plastering)
Strong knowledge of Schedule of Rates
Previous social housing experience
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel across the region
Positive, can-do attitude
Willing to undergo a DBS check after the 12-week probationary period (paid for by GME Group)
