Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects. Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, particularly those requiring additional assistance. Contribute to the preparation of classroom resources and displays. Monitor student progress and behaviour, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment. Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Engage in ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development throughout the academic year.
