Assembly Operative (Deburring)
Location: Redditch | Full Time
Salary: £12.71-£13.00/hour + Overtime Bonus | On Site
We’re working with a well-established, family-run UK manufacturing business that is looking to bring in an Assembly Operative (Deburr / Linish) to join their growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Working within the production team and reporting to the Production Cell Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring finished components meet high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Deburring parts produced from laser and saw departments
Removing weld penetration in line with engineering drawings
Using a variety of hand tools to finish components
Working to strict quality standards and procedures
Managing workloads against production deadlines and changing priorities
Requirements
Experience in a similar manufacturing / production role (ideal but not essential)
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing workloads
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
