We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join one of our exciting NEW stores opening later this year. You will join the business as soon as possible to undergo training, likely at another nearby store, and you will be a vital part of the selection process for this new store\'s team.
There will be an established team in place, and you will work with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. This role includes stepping in for the Store Manager in their absence and developing intoStore Manager duties through training and progression.
We invest in training and development and will provide regular support, with the goal of helping you thrive and progress within the business.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
* Oversee employees, demonstrate effective leadership, and deliver excellent customer service.
* Act in the Store Manager\'s absence when required.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to progress toward Store Manager duties.
About You
We are looking for someone passionate about fashion retail and aligned with our company values. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment
* A strong track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
* Exceptional organisational skills and a customer-first mindset
* A deep understanding of the fashion industry and current market trends
Ideal for candidates currently working as a Deputy Store Manager, Retail Operations Supervisor, Store Management Associate, Assistant Retail Manager, or Sales Floor Manager.
