Time Appointments are working closely with a prestigious independent pension’s consultancy located in Colchester, who are looking to recruit an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their friendly client focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understanding customer requirements in relation to their pensions
* Resolving customer enquiries
* Maintenance of records for department
* Point of contact for complex enquiries
* Assisting the team leader by deputising
* Ensuring the work of less experienced colleagues is accurate
* Provision of administration service including calculation of member benefit
Skills:
* Experience and knowledge in pensions
* The ability to carrying out complex pension calculations
* Experience processing and collecting and inputting data and information as delegated
* Computer literate - Full Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
* Willing to study towards relevant qualifications - QPA or PMI
* Ability to work well within a team
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Motivated and Driven
