We are currently recruiting for aService Advisorto join a reputable main dealership in Bury St Edmunds. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced individual to step into a senior position within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the service process
* Manage service bookings, workshop diary, and customer communications
* Provide expert advice on service options, timescales, and costs
* Act as a key liaison between customers, technicians, and management
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
* Support and mentor junior members of the service team
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor role within the automotive sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A commitment to providing a first-class customer experience
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
* 1 in 2 Saturdays
