Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within allocated marketing budgets.
* Drive content development for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
* Conduct market research and gather insights to inform strategy and anticipate market shifts.
* Monitor and analyze tactical plan execution to ensure optimal brand growth.
* Lead cross-functional brand teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Oversee the development of promotional activities in line with compliance guidelines and internal SOPs.
* Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and evaluate marketing mix effectiveness.
* Identify market opportunities through customer interaction and data analysis.
* Execute both centrally and regionally initiated marketing activities.
* Monitor product performance and environmental factors, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
* Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Strong project and operations management skills.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience working in cross-cultural environments is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and drive brand performance.
