This is a varied role where no two days are the same. As a key member of the Sales & Marketing team, you will focus on providing strong administrative support to the Director of Sales (DOS) and the Groups & Events Manager. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate client and booking records, preparing contracts and event documentation, managing deposits, and supporting the full contracting process for groups and events.
You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, managing brochures and collateral, updating databases (including Envision), tracking payment status, and assisting with billing reconciliation. You will also support internal reporting and ensure all documentation aligns with Hyatt brand standards and internal processes.
While primarily administrative, you will collaborate with the broader Sales & Marketing team on hotel tours, client communications, and event coordination — helping to deliver a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. Normal office hours apply, with some evening and/or weekend work required (with advance notice).
