The Executive Search Consultant role is a sales and business development role in the global corporate world where you will be headhunting CEOs, VPs and Senior management candidates as well as developing your own client base from scratch - like your own business within our business.

Executive Search is a lucrative career path with potential for high earnings of £100k+ even in your first year!

* Uncapped commission structure (average 1st year OTE £50k+ and £200k+ top performers)
