About Circuit
Circuit isn't just a club - it's a brand-led night life concept. Built for students and city crowds, Circuit is all about big nights, accessible prices, strong identity, and consistency across every touchpoint.
From opening campaigns and Freshers to weekly sessions, social content, signage, ads, and in-venue experience - Circuit has a very clear look, voice, and attitude. This role exists to protect that, evolve it, and push it forward.
The Role
As Brand Manager for Circuit, you'll be the day-to-day owner of the brand.
You'll shape how Circuit looks, sounds, and shows up — online, in ads, in venues, and in culture. You'll lead campaigns, guide creative, and make sure every piece of output feels unmistakably Circuit-coded.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be briefing, building, reviewing, analysing, and improving constantly. You'll work closely with digital, content, venue teams, and senior stakeholders — balancing creativity with commercial impact.
What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into
Campaigns & Activations
· Lead brand campaigns across the Circuit calendar (Freshers, Re-Freshers, Halloween, NYE, weekly sessions).
· Own campaigns end-to-end: insight → idea → execution → optimisation.
· Create clear, inspiring briefs and work closely with content, design, and digital teams.
· Ensure campaigns land on time, on brand, and with impact across all locations.
Brand Ownership
· Act as the guardian of the Circuit brand across all channels and venues.
· Maintain and evolve brand guidelines — tone of voice, visuals, messaging.
· Ensure consistency without killing creativity.
· Be the go-to person for anything Circuit brand-related.
Content & Creative Direction
· Shape the creative direction of Circuit content — social, paid ads, web, print, in-venue.
· Ensure content feels relevant, current, and culturally aware.
· Work closely with content teams to plan, review, and elevate output.
· Keep messaging sharp, confident, and unmistakably Circuit.
Digital & Performance
· Work with the digital team to ensure brand campaigns perform as well as they look.
· Set KPIs, review results, and optimise based on performance.
· Use insight, not guesswork, to inform future campaigns.
Cultural Awareness & Insight
· Stay plugged into nightlife, student culture, music, fashion, and digital trends.
· Monitor competitor activity and spot opportunities early.
· Turn insight into action — not just reports.
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Work closely with venue teams to ensure local execution stays on-brand.
· Partner with commercial and sales teams on launches, decks, and presentations.
· Support new potential site openings and key moments with strong brand direction.
Budget & Planning
· Manage campaign budgets responsibly.
· Balance ambition with efficiency.
· Track spend and report clearly to senior leadership.

Experience & Skills
· 3+ years' experience in brand or marketing roles.
· Experience in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a must.
· Strong understanding of digital, social, and paid media.
· Confident briefing creatives and reviewing work.
· Comfortable using data and insight to guide decisions.
