Full Time - 4.5 days per week
Blossom Lodge Day Nursery is seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to lead our Pre School Room (ages 3-5). This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a warm, friendly, and supportive nursery, where children and staff alike are encouraged to flourish.
You'll be joining a dedicated team, supported by a committed Senior Leadership Team who are passionate about continual professional development and delivering outstanding early years care.
The Role
As Room Leader, you will:
* Lead and supervise a small team of early years practitioners
* Work closely with the Nursery Manager on the day to day running of the room
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
* Deliver high-quality EYFS practice to maximise children's learning and development
* Support staff development and ensure best practice is consistently maintained
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
About You
* An experienced early years professional with leadership or room based experience
* Passionate about early childhood development and school readiness
* Confident managing staff and leading by example
* Organised, caring, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
* A strong communicator and team player
