Provide care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. Establish and maintain positive relationships while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Develop structured timetables, setting boundaries and expectations. Assist with daily activities, including washing, dressing, meal preparation, and feeding when necessary. Perform household tasks such as shopping, laundry, cooking, and cleaning.
Monitor children's health and wellbeing, recording any concerns. Ensure the administration of prescribed medications. Support mental and physical wellbeing through engaging activities. Work collaboratively with social care and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
Requirements
* Must have a clean, full UK driver's license.
* Experience working in children's services or a related field is preferable.
* Passionate about providing high-quality care and support to children.
