Role Snapshot / Features
* Interpret construction drawings; prepare detailed, competitive technical schedules/quotes.
* Provide basic calculations to current standards with support from an internal structural team.
* Issue cost variations for live projects; keep trackers/files accurate.
* Lead & develop Design Engineers: set expectations, delegate, review performance.
* Run clear handovers to the project team when orders land.
* Build customer relationships via calls/emails; attend office/site meetings as required.
* Deliver product presentations and occasional site-installation training.
