Position Summary
The General Manager of International is a key leadership role and member of the Executive Team, responsible for leading and executing the overall business strategy across international markets. This role drives revenue growth, operational excellence, and market expansion while ensuring strong coordination and alignment across Rest of World (ROW) regions, functions, and leadership teams.
Strategy & Growth
* Develop and execute business strategies across Rest of World (ROW)
* Partner with leadership peers to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and initiatives
* Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and expansion plans
* Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
* Drive innovation and long-term growth initiatives
Sales
* Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across Rest of World (ROW) regions
* Partner with regional sales leaders to develop and execute sales strategies
* Ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts across ROW markets to maximize opportunities
* Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and partnerships
* Monitor pipeline performance and ensure consistent forecasting accuracy
* Support expansion into new markets and customer segments
Marketing
* Oversee marketing strategy across Rest of World (ROW) and ensure alignment with business objectives
* Coordinate closely with regional and cross-functional peers to ensure consistent messaging and brand execution
* Guide regional marketing efforts to balance consistency with local relevance
* Partner on go-to-market strategies for new products and services across ROW regions
* Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning
Operations
* Lead operations across Rest of World (ROW) to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency
* Drive coordination across regions to standardize processes where appropriate while allowing necessary flexibility
* Partner with cross-functional peers to align priorities, resources, and execution
* Optimize processes and systems across regions
* Address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
Financial Management
* Own and manage P&L performance across Rest of World (ROW)
* Align financial plans and forecasts across regions in partnership with finance leadership
* Ensure visibility and consistency in financial reporting
* Ensure profitability and cost management across regions
Leadership & People
* Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across Rest of World (ROW)
* Collaborate with peers to ensure alignment on priorities, talent, and organizational design
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion across regions
* Support talent development and succession planning
Core Qualifications and Skills
* Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration, International Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Significant experience (often 10+ years) in leadership roles with demonstrable success in managing international teams, operations, or cross-border projects.
* P&L Management: Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and foreign currency considerations.

* Global Strategy: Knowledge of global economics, international marketing, and legal/compliance frameworks.
