About The Role Are you an experienced administrator/ coordinator looking for a new challenge ? Do you want to make a difference ? We are seeking an organized and proactive Rota Coordinator to manage the scheduling of staff across our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adequate coverage, maintaining up-to-date rosters, and handling any last-minute changes efficiently. In this role, you will also play a key part in building and maintaining strong working relationships with management teams, clinicians, operational colleagues, and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and collaborative approach to workforce planning. This is a part time role for 22.5 hour per week over Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from our Dorking office. Key Measures Ensuring stipulated rota cover is fully achieved accurately and in a timely fashion. Ensuring rota administration deadlines are met and maintained Database and spreadsheet management.
