We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assessor / IQA to support and develop Level 3 Electrical apprentices across a varied caseload.
The Role
You will be responsible for the delivery, assessment, and internal verification of Level 3 Electrical Installations qualifications to apprenticeship learners. Working closely with employers and learners, you will ensure apprentices make excellent progress while maintaining high quality assurance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering and assessing Level 3 Electrical Installations to apprentice caseloads
Conducting workplace assessments and reviews
Supporting apprentices in achieving timely success
Carrying out Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activity
Maintaining compliance with awarding body and internal quality standards
Building strong relationships with employers across the region This role is primarily based in Slough & Langley, with potential for one day per week remote working.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
Experience working with apprentices in Further Education or industry
Proven delivery and assessment experience of Level 3 Electrical Installations
Experience conducting Internal Verification
Level 3 City & Guilds qualifications (2365, 8202, 2330, or 2360)
18th Edition
CAVA (Assessor Award)
IQA V1 (Level 4 Internal Verifier Award)
