Smart Education is recruiting for a passionate SEN Teacher to join a highly respected Birmingham-based specialist school, rated Good by Ofsted (June 2022). This full-time, long-term role offers the chance to make a real impact in a structured and supportive setting for pupils with complex Autism and communication needs.

The Role:
As part of a collaborative team, you will:
* Teach across multiple key stages, primarily delivering a primary-based curriculum.
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Autism and communication needs.
* Work flexibly across classes to meet a range of needs.
* Collaborate daily with teaching assistants and therapists.
* Inspire learners to thrive and support their academic and personal development.
We re Looking For:
* QTS and experience teaching across at least two Key Stages.
* SEN experience, particularly with Autism and communication challenges.
* Strong classroom management and creative teaching strategies.
* A collaborative, positive, and resilient team player.
* Excellent communication with families and a commitment to safeguarding.
* A proactive, can-do approach and genuine desire to make a difference.
