We are seeking a seasoned CRM and Automation Expert to lead our CRM strategy, data management, automation, and performance reporting. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will design and implement effective customer journeys across both B2B and B2C audiences, supporting wider sales and marketing objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing high-performing CRM campaigns aligned with business goals. You will manage data cleansing, preparation, migration, and CRM system integrations, as well as build and optimise email workflows, automation, and reporting tools in HubSpot.
A key responsibility will be to deliver monthly reports with actionable insights to senior leadership, continuously refining the CRM strategy based on performance metrics. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to segment audiences and improve customer journeys.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical skills and the ability to translate CRM data into strategic actions. Experience with data integrations, segmentation, and customer journey design is essential. A comfortable working style in a fast-moving environment, coupled with a collaborative mindset and proactive attitude, will be highly valued.
